The Masonic Home of Montana, Inc. is a Montana tradition with very strong roots. Ours is a community of residents, staff, volunteers, family, and friends interacting and sharing bonds of genuine affection. Exceptionally dedicated and trained staff provide personal care with dignity, while promoting independence.

This is not just a whimsical phrase but a philosophy that we live by at the Masonic Home of Montana. Through our 42-point individualized service plan we take a bio-psycho-social approach to offering our residents a multitude of choices in their care. Through a concept referred to as “informed choice” residents and their families are provided with information regarding individual choices in all aspects of their daily lives. You are the Director and the choice is yours.
Home-Like Environment
We actively encourage you to decorate your apartment any way that you would like. Our handymen and housekeepers can help paint your apartment a favorite color or maybe hang some wallpaper. Personalize your window coverings and add some plants. Whatever makes your apartment home. In addition, common areas at the Masonic Home of Montana are decorated with flair that can only be from the Pacific Northwest or Montana itself. Rich with antiques, artifacts, paintings, and crafts, our environment is one of a kind. Take a walk around our grounds and have a seat on a hand-carved stone bench. Or enjoy our flower garden with its historical flowing fountain. Our home is your home, so enjoy all that it has to offer.
Independence
At the Masonic Home of Montana, we strive daily to help each and every resident reach their highest level of functioning and independence. Feelings of autonomy and self-direction are paramount in this endeavor. Through our multi-dimensional/multi-disciplinary approach to assisting residents reach their highest level of independence, not only do we insure uncompromising service delivery but safety as well.
Privacy
This aspect of life is important to everyone, but privacy does not just mean solace in your apartment. It also means with your family and friends as you wish. The Masonic Home of Montana offers several private areas (hospitality room, library, event room, chapel, etc.) that you can reserve for special events, birthday parties, ceremonies, anniversaries, holidays, spiritual events and much more. Further, you can have any of these events catered by our kitchen staff that will tantalize your taste buds with a plethora of culinary delights. We can assist you in designing your own special menu.
Individuality
Great service needs personalization. At the Masonic Home of Montana, we use a comprehensive approach to delivering superior service in the home you have come to love. This is done by utilizing a multi-disciplinary assessment of each resident that allows us to address each individual need. Following the completion of the assessment, a service and care plan is put into place to assure all individual care needs are met. Personalizing service allows us to deliver what our residents want and are looking for. We are honored to serve you.
